True Police Stories #1
"A Little Bit Off the Sides Please"

On 5/25/97 I recieved a radio call to respond on an alarm to a local Barber Shop. Being familar with my beat and this business I know its probably a good call. I got the call at 2352 and arrived at 2353 hours. I find the window smashed and stuff all over the place. I call for a K 9 search. The dog gets there and searches the business and finds nothing. Oh well the suspect got away. Officer Williams, whom I work with and everybody thinks is nuts, climbs through the window and starts poking around. I tell him to open the front door and he ignores me. He goes to a closet door and opens it. I can see all of this through the window. He starts screaming, " get on your hands and knees MF or I will Kill you." Myself, another officer and the K9 cop stand there and chuckle. There goes Williams acting stupid again. And I say," one day this s^!+* going to be real and no one will believe him." All of a sudden he drags the guy out of the closet, NOT handcuffed and throws him in a barber chair. Then he pulls out a blow dryer and proceeds to blow dry his hair. Finally after a minute he finally opens the door for us and I go in and arrest him for Breaking and Entering.

Williams is a total nut. A good cop, but a total nut.
